New disease

i was thinking of a new disease that could start with D2s or something and then then could travel to me as a even worse disease, i was thinking it would cause sickness, throwing up, becoming weaker and then would start to make the person become mad and could posibly change the person so they would start to be disfigured on certain body parts that all i got and though it might be a good way to start a story line so i was wondering if i could start this tell me what you think saper thanks
